Team chat with no server.
Slade is a team messenger that runs on your team's own machines. Channels, threads, direct messages, files and calls, end-to-end encrypted, with no account to sign up for and no company in the middle.
This is an internal dogfood build for the Kiruna Labs team. It works, it has rough edges, and we want to hear what breaks.
Download for Mac (Apple Silicon)

What you get
- Your workspace lives on your machines. Every member's computer keeps a copy. As long as one of them is on, the workspace is there.
- Your identity is a key on your Mac. No email, no password. People see your name and a short fingerprint.
- Joining is one link. An admin sends an invite; you open it and you're in.
Got an invite?
Open the invite link on the Mac where you'll use Slade. It downloads Slade and carries the invite into the app, which asks you before it joins anything.
